Of great size and physical strength, fire giants are the most military-minded of all evil giants and the most likely to use quality weapons and armor. Raised in a strict hierarchy of family and clan status, fire giants are used to taking orders and can fit in quite well with a group of adventurers once they have established their place in the pecking order. Fire giants can withstand ballista bolts and powerful fireballs without flinching, and the toughest ones have been known to singly take on dragons of their own size and live to tell about it.

Giant Strength: Fire giants gain an additional +2 to Strength at 1st, 3rd, and 5th, and +4 at 7th level, giving them a total (including racial bonus) of +14.
Natural Armor: A fire giant starts with a +2 (non-stacking) racial natural armor bonus. At each level between 1st and 5th, one additional point of bonus is gained, to a maximum of +7.
Giant Durability: Fire giants gain an additional +1 to Constitution at 2nd level and +2 at 4th and 6th level, giving them a total (including racial bonus) of +7.
Power Attack: Fire giants gain the Power Attack feat at 2nd level.
Giant Stride: At third level, a fire giant is able to take much larger strides than average humanoids, resulting in a +10% movement speed bonus. This bonus increases to +20% at 5th level and +30% at 7th level.
Fire Subtype: Fire giants become totally immune to fire at 4th level, but their vulnerability to cold also increases.
