A shaper can twist raw ectoplasm into roughly humanoid shapes and animate them for a limited time to do battle on their behalf. Although always considered a level 1 power, the power point cost of this power, as well as the size and potency of the construct created, varies depending on the class (Psion) level of the manifester. At levels 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17 the astral construct improves in its durability and competence in battle.
